l What is foil space gap ?

As we need at least 0.4mm foil space gap to ensure the foil part won’t connect together,example show as below for comparison.

l What is seam line for washi tape ?

The seam line is normal situation for washi tape to use PS plate printing,based on this we have ideas to share advance as we know our customers don’t like it to be obvious.

Please kindly note below for your ideas :

White background color without seam line
Lighter background color with not too obvious seam line
Darker background color with obvious seam line
Solid background color we can see the seal line would be found out easily
Colorful background color we can see the seal line not be find out easily because of too many cmyk patterns as coverture
